All you need to do is upload a csv file of customer names, email addresses and dates of birth.

These can either be just the day and month or the full date of birth.

Customise the email

If you include other information in the subscriber record, such as a unique offer code, you can use placeholders in the email to personalise it for each customer.

This information shows in the customer record as additional data

Then it is just a case of choosing the placeholder to insert in the email
