Use email to promote your products or services
Do you keep in contact with existing customers as much as you'd like to?
Your existing customers are your most valuable asset so it is important to regularly send them news, company updates, special offers, or just keep in touch on a monthly or weekly basis.
Do you want to send out regular mailshots to prospects?
You can use your email program to send out the odd email but once your list starts to grow it is difficult to manage these. Using an online system as part of your web site means that the lists almost 'manage themselves'.
If you have sent out information to customers or prospects by email do you know how many of them read it?
You can add links to your emails using the WYSIWYG editor that can be used to track who has read what and you can get statistics on the number of emails read.
Regular correspondence will mean that your clients will start to recognise these emails and identify with your company. This will ultimately create awareness and loyalty for your business.
Our typical newsletter package includes the following:
- WYSIWYG editing - including images and links to further information on your web site.
- Subscriber self-management - allow users to subscribe and unsubscribe
- HTML and text formats - all emails are sent in multipart format which means that users who can't view HTML emails will still get the information as plain text.
- Suitable for most Email Clients - it is a well known fact that many email readers are notoriously bad at displaying formatted emails. Our templates have been designed to work with all off the most popular readers.
- Web version available - all emails will contain a link to the same newsletter on the web site so that people who can't read it properly on their computer can still see it as it was designed to be displayed.
- Forward to a friend - any email can include a link to a web page where someone can send a copy to a friend or colleague. This usually works better than sending from their own computer.
- Email Tracking - get statistics on the number of views and the number of clicks on each link within an email.
- Content Personalisation - address each email to an individual person to make it more personal. Use placeholders to insert other information specific to each recipient.
- Mail queuing - emails are sent to a queue which only processes a certain number per hour to avoid spam blacklisting.
